Kaufmann Health is a small team. There is no call center and no ticket queue behind this address — just the people who build the platform. If you have a question, if something is not working, or if something about how we work strikes you as off, write to us directly. We usually reply within a few business days, sometimes sooner, and slower over weekends and holidays.

This is our main channel — for clients, practitioners, press, and everything in between. If your question is about your account or a booking, it helps us if you mention the email address you signed up with.

What can we help with?

• You are looking for a practitioner. The directory lists verified practitioners of somatic therapy — NARM, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Core Energetics. With many of them you can book a free intro call directly, without us in between. Practitioners work in Germany, most of them online as well.
• You are a practitioner. What the platform does for your practice — online booking, GDPR-compliant video sessions, invoicing, and directory visibility — is on the For practitioners page. Questions about joining, verification, or pricing are welcome by email.
• Anything else. Press, partnerships, data protection requests, criticism: an email is enough. We will tell you honestly when something is outside what we can help with.

In an acute crisis

Kaufmann Health is not a crisis service. We cannot provide urgent help and we do not read email around the clock. If you are in acute distress or thinking about suicide, please contact a service that is reachable at any hour. Our practitioners are based in Germany, so are the services below:
