My passion in this work is to create a space where everything is welcome. I believe this is a fundamental human need, and that this openness alone can be profoundly healing.
I see this work as a powerful tool for personal and spiritual growth. It fulfills me to witness people unfolding and discovering their inner qualities.
Originally from the US, I lived in Germany for 14 years before returning to the States in 2025. The experience of living between cultures has deeply shaped my perspective and enriches my work. I am also a mother to a young daughter.

Konstantin Kaufmann
Co-Founder • Product & Operations
I come from technology and product development. I was a Product Owner at N26 and a Lead Product Manager at Urban Sports Group, working with data, building teams, and keeping the day-to-day running.
Through Katherine, my wife and body psychotherapy practitioner, I discovered the depth of somatic and trauma-informed work. Kaufmann Health grew out of that: she knows what good therapy looks like, I know how to build software around it.
I build and run the platform: the directory, the online booking, the invoicing, and the credential review behind every listing. What I keep in mind is that the people who come here usually handle everything else in their lives just fine, and this still needs to be simple.
Born and raised in Germany, I moved to New Woodstock, NY in 2025. Kaufmann Health is operated by Kaufmann Earth LLC, a US company with roots on both sides of the Atlantic.
