My own learning process has enabled me to experience more and more aliveness and joy. I am here for you with humor, but also with deep seriousness. I grew up in a country that no longer exists. So I know ruptures and challenges in my own life; I have experienced fear and despair myself.

Ich war als junger Mann orientierungslos und nicht mit mir selbst in Kontakt. Heute würde ich sagen, ich hatte eine depressive Episode. Eine Freundin drängte mich, etwas dagegen zu tun und mir Hilfe zu suchen. Und so "landete" ich in der Körperpsychotherapie, die mich viele Jahre begleitete und mit deren Hilfe ich (wieder) zu einem fühlenden Menschen wurde. Immer mehr kann ich mich inzwischen in meinem Körper und in mir zu Hause fühlen.
