Credentials reviewed before publication
For US profiles, we review a completed training certificate before publication. A declared state license appears only after we check the state board’s register. German profiles follow the qualification rules below.

What we check
State licence
US state licenses are optional. We check the state board’s public register before showing the license type and state. License numbers stay private. In Germany, we review the Heilpraktiker or Approbation document.
Method certificates
For US profiles, we review at least one completed training certificate from the issuing institute. Enrollment or training in progress does not meet this requirement. German profiles can show ongoing training under supervision.
Identity
We cross-check the date of birth from the sign-up against the document, so the credentials really belong to the person running the profile.
Photo and profile data
A real profile photo and complete practice details. If any of that is missing, the profile does not go live.
Two qualification levels
US practitioners need a reviewed, completed training certificate at either level. A checked state license adds a state-specific license label. German licensed profiles require a Heilpraktiker or Approbation document.
Practitioners holding the German Heilpraktiker licence for psychotherapy, or a full Approbation, who have specialised in body-oriented methods.
US practitioners have completed training that we reviewed. A state license is not required for this listing. German profiles can also show ongoing training under supervision.
What we don't check
Practitioners write their own profile texts. How they work, who comes to them, what happens in a first session: that appears unchanged, the way they wrote it.
The same goes for the entries under Training & education. They are the practitioner's own statement, and their responsibility.
One exception: if someone sends us the certificate for an entry, we review it. If it checks out, the entry carries a "Certificate reviewed" note.
