No. There are two paths: connect your Google or iCloud calendar so busy times are blocked automatically, or use the portal without any connection: set your weekly hours right there, or open just the individual slots you want to offer. You can switch anytime.

Yes. Online booking, reminders, client management and invoicing work just the same when your sessions happen in your practice. Clients simply pick the format you offer when they book: in person, online, or both. Video is there when you need it, and stays out of the way when you don't.

They're 100% yours. We earn nothing from your clients, whether you bring them in yourself or they found you through our directory. No commission, no platform tax, no hidden fees. You can manage them through our software (booking, video, payment) or continue outside the platform, whichever works better for you.

Your clients pay easily by card, Apple/Google Pay, or SEPA. Stripe's standard fees (see stripe.com/en/pricing, typically ~1.5 to 3% + €0.25 per transaction) are deducted from your payout, with no KH markup; you pay the same as you would with your own Stripe account. KH itself takes 0% commission on your clients. Bank transfer or cash remain available whenever you arrange it directly. Once a client has agreed to card saving during an online payment, you can also charge that saved card for follow-up sessions directly from the portal. The receipt goes out automatically.

No. You create your profile, we review it, then your 30-day trial starts, with no payment details at all. You only add a payment method once you actively decide to stay after the trial. If the trial ends without you deciding, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. Your profile data stays intact and you can switch over later anytime.

Cancel anytime. No minimum term, no setup fee. You need no credit card for either the free profile or the Starter trial. Switch between tiers anytime.

You can't buy placement. We don't offer premium listings on purpose. The directory ranks by how easy you make it for clients to find and book you: an active calendar with open slots and a complete, expressive profile rank higher, because that's what clients search for and those profiles get booked more often. Starter unlocks both: you earn visibility through a better experience for your clients, you don't buy it.

Starter gives you a permanent video room that's yours: share the link with your group, your workshop participants, or your supervision circle. We provide the room; invitations, reminders, and coordination stay in your hands outside the platform. For booked group sessions with seat management, per-participant reminders, and public workshop registration pages, that's the Pro tier, currently in development with the waitlist. If workshops or groups are core to your practice, join the Pro waitlist and tell us how you run them; your input shapes what we ship first.

Couples therapy and co-therapy (two therapists with two clients, a real gap most platforms don't address) are explicit Pro features in development. Both need seat-based booking, per-participant reminders, and dual-therapist scheduling. Not quite trivial, so we're building them in dialogue with the Pro waitlist rather than shipping a half-solution in Starter. In the meantime, your Starter video room works for ad-hoc couples sessions you book outside the platform.

The honest checklist: (1) Cancel your old subscription only after the Starter onboarding call, where we'll walk through your availability rules together; (2) Calendar integration (Google, iCloud, Outlook) takes about 5 minutes; (3) Existing clients can keep booking by email or through the new system, your call; (4) Your KH profile and the directory listing are live within days, not weeks; (5) Cancel anytime if it doesn't work for you, no minimum term; (6) You don't switch alone: we set up your profile, hours and invoice numbering together with you, and existing clients move over at your pace.
