...struggle to set boundaries and say no. Who often don't really know what they themselves feel or want. Who long for closeness yet find it hard to truly trust. People who function, carry a lot - and feel inwardly empty, anxious, overly self-critical, or exhausted. Who notice that old patterns keep showing up in relationships, or that their body is still on high alert even though their mind understood long ago.
is often about recurring patterns in relationships, inner criticism, shame, people-pleasing, or the feeling of not being enough. We look at what gets activated in you during moments of stress, closeness, or conflict. We slow down and turn our attention to body sensations, emotions, and protective strategies. Not to fix anything, but to understand and develop new possibilities for action. This creates more self-regulation, inner security, and the ability to stay connected - with yourself and with others.

I am a certified mental health practitioner (Heilpraktikerin fur Psychotherapie), a certified NARM Master Therapist, and part of the NARM training team. Previously, I completed a doctorate in social sciences and taught at several universities, including the University of Freiburg and ETH Zurich. My work is grounded in presence, compassion, and a deep trust in your innate capacity for healing. For over 30 years, I have been walking my own healing path. It is an honor to accompany you on yours.
As a teenager, I began practicing Zen Buddhism, among others in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Yoga, meditation, and breathwork became an early part of my life. Later, as a social scientist, I explored the roots of human suffering - personal and societal. On my own healing journey, I eventually found NARM. There, both came together for me: the depth of inner work and the understanding of how closely personal and collective healing are interwoven.
