My path led me from art and cultural history through various travels, especially in South America, yoga and meditation in Buddhist traditions, to body psychotherapy, breathwork, and finally to NARM®. To this day I am accompanied by curiosity about the stories we have learned about ourselves and the world, about the traces that experiences leave within us, and about what can reveal itself when we meet ourselves with openness and curiosity.
