Tatiane Silveira

I'm a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner offering gentle, body-based sessions for stress, trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My work helps clients feel more grounded, build nervous system capacity, and reconnect with a sense of safety and stability in their daily lives. I have a special interest in supporting women through life transitions and emotional challenges with a warm, respectful approach. Originally from Brazil, I now live in the United States, where I continue to deepen my professional training and build my somatic practice.

I work with somatic awareness to gently unwind patterns of stuck energy—whether from trauma, chronic stress, or other nervous system imprints. Through this process, we gradually shift out of habitual loops of dysregulation and begin to downregulate, allowing the body to access a more settled and resilient state. Each session is unique and tailored to what emerges in the moment, always prioritizing safety, presence, and attunement to your experience.
