My passion in this work is to create a space where everything is welcome. I believe this is a fundamental human need — and that this openness alone can be profoundly healing.
I see this work as a powerful tool for personal and spiritual growth. It fulfills me to witness people unfolding and discovering their inner qualities.
Originally from the US, I lived in Germany for 14 years before returning to the States in 2025. The experience of living between cultures has deeply shaped my perspective and enriches my work. I am also a mother to a young daughter.

I come from the world of technology and product development — shaped by data analysis, team leadership, and operational excellence at companies like N26 and Urban Sports Club.
Through Katherine, my wife and body psychotherapy practitioner, I discovered the depth of somatic and trauma-informed work. Kaufmann Health grew from that intersection: product precision meeting clinical expertise.
My role is to build the bridge — between people seeking support and practitioners who enable real transformation. I bring operational clarity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of what high-functioning people need when they choose to do this kind of work.
Born and raised in Germany, I moved to New Woodstock, NY in 2025. Kaufmann Health is operated by Kaufmann Earth LLC, a US company with roots on both sides of the Atlantic.
